If you've taken a class at Ghost Pepper Glass and need your items shipped, you can purchase shipping here.
Please select the item(s) you wish to ship and purchase one shipping token for each item being shipped so that the cost reflects the actual weight and size of the overall package. A shipping fee per item covers item cost for specific package and material handling fees.

Items are typically packed and shipped within 1-5 business days. All items are insured for their value. Please open and inspect your package upon receipt. If items arrive damaged, please do not discard the box or damaged items. The courier will need images of the box and damaged contents, in order to accept a file a claim.
We accept exchanges for up to 30 days. You will be responsible for return shipping. Please understand that these items are made by hand and will have some amount of variation. Returns are not accepted unless there was an error in fulfilling your order.
